You will need
- - 500 g ground Turkey;
- - 2 eggs;
- - small onions;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- 200 g courgettes;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.

Zucchini peel, grate or chop in a blender. Add ground beef, egg yolks, chopped onion and garlic, salt and pepper as desired. Mix.

Proteins whisk in a very thick foam and add to cooked mixture. Again mix thoroughly.

Small molds for baking grease with vegetable oil and fill them with the cooked mass. Put in a preheated 200oC oven and bake at this temperature for 20 minutes.

Prepare the sauce for the souffle. To do this, mix equal amounts of cream and grated cheese and heat until thick. Serve souffle of Turkey with a creamy sauce.
Note
Turkey stuffing in this recipe can be replaced by fish.
