Turkey salad

Very tasty and it turns out the Turkey meat in combination with vegetables, fruit, eggs, condiments and various spices.
You will need:
200 g Turkey (breast);
- tomato — 1 PC.;
- cucumber — 1 PC.;
- 100 g of cheese;
- 1 tbsp wine vinegar;
- 1 tbsp olive oil;
- spices, salt (to taste);
- herbs (parsley, coriander, dill, etc.).

Turkey meat, boil in salted water until tender, then cool. Also in the salad, you can use stew meat or roast, for example, in foil in the oven. Cooked meat cut into small cubes and place on the bottom of the salad bowl, then sprinkle it with red and ground black pepper.

Tomato and cucumber wash and cut into small pieces, then ½ of the vegetables lay on top of meat. Don't forget to salt and pepper the vegetables, put a layer of shredded cheese. Repeat all layers in the specified sequence.

Mix the vinegar, olive oil, and pour this mixture of lettuce. Decorate the salad on top with sprigs of greenery.

Turkey, baked with spices

Delicious diet dish will be roast Turkey with spices. You will need:
- 1 kg Turkey fillet;
- garlic — 5 cloves;
- 2 tbsp olive oil;
- 1 liter of water (for marinade);
- salt (to taste);
- black pepper (to taste).

Rinse the meat, make a few deep cuts and dry naturally on a paper towel. Prepare the marinade: combine water, salt and pepper, then place this salt marinade the Turkey and refrigerate for 2 hours.

After the specified time wipe meat and place in the cuts of cloves of peeled garlic. On a baking sheet greased with olive oil, place the Turkey meat and pour mixture of olive oil and spices. Send the Turkey in the oven, preheated to 220оС, and bake until done.

Serve Turkey meat to the table hot. As a side dish to dietary meat, perfect coleslaw, vegetables or salad.

Meatballs from Turkey

You will need:
- 500 g fillet of Turkey;
- 300 g zucchini;
- onion — 1 PC.;
- carrots — 2 PCs.;
- garlic — 3 cloves;
- celery (stalk) — 1 PC.;
- 4 tsp of oatmeal;
- salt (to taste);
- pepper, spices (to taste).

Turkey fillet mince. Clean the onion, garlic, celery, and finely chop. Zucchini of medium size, wash, peel, remove the core and grate on a fine grater. Combine all the above ingredients and make the stuffing. Also add oat flakes, salt, spices and pepper according to your taste.

From stuffing to form the meatballs, then put them in a pan, add water and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes. Ready meatballs serve hot along with greens and sour cream.
