Instruction

Click "start" to bring up the main menu system and navigate to "control Panel" to turn off automatic updates Windows 7 operating system.

Open the link "Windows update" and select "settings" in the left pane of the application window.

Specify the command to "never check for updates (not recommended)" in drop down menu of the section "Important updates" and click OK to confirm the command.

Return to the main menu "start" and click "control Panel" to do a full turn off automatic updates for the Windows 7 operating system with the disabling process wuauclt.exe responsible for periodically checking the Microsoft website for the latest updates.

Select "Performance and maintenance" and navigate to "Administration".

Open the link "computer Management" double click and select the node "Services and applications" by clicking on the "+" sign in the left pane of the resulting window.

Expand the "Automatic update" in the right pane, double click and navigate to the "General" tab of the new dialog box "Automatic update".

Select "Disabled" under "startup Type" and click "Stop" under "Status".

Click OK to run the command and restart the computer to apply the selected changes.
Note
Use the activator of Windows 7 to troubleshoot problems with automatic update of the operating system.
Useful advice
The program wuauclt.exe runs in the background and outcome does not affect the stability of the system. The shutdown process wuauclt.exe only the application Manager will automatically start the process while the system is on automatic updates.
