Import video to the program After Effects. This will help the Import option from the File menu. Select in the opened Windows Explorer window the file that you want to work with and click Open.

Drag the file from the palette on the palette Project Timeline with the mouse.

Expand the video in the opposite direction. To do this, click the right mouse button on the layer with the footage in the Timeline palette. In the context menu, hover the pointer over a group of options Time and select Time-reverse layer. Now the file that you are working with will be played back.

If you want to not only view videos, but also to change its speed, is Time-reverse layer, select Time stretch. In the opened window specify new playback speed.
If you want to speed up playback, enter a value less than one hundred percent. If you need to slow reverse playback video, set to a value greater than one hundred percent. In order to make time flow backwards record, the speed value must be negative. So, a value of -50% will deploy personnel and speed up the playback exactly half. A value of -200% deploy it and twice as slow. A value of -100% will just spread the video in the opposite direction.

Evaluate the results of your experiment file with the command RAM Preview from the Preview menu group Composition.

Save the resulting video. Do this using Add to Render Queue from the Composition menu. In the palette Render Queue click the left mouse button on the labels to Output. Enter the name of the video file and specify a location on disk where it will persist. Click on the "Save" button.
Click in the right part of the palette Render Queue the Render button. The blue bar on the palette shows the status of the process. Information about the time remaining until the end of the treatment, you can see the right side of the palette. Wait for processing and save the file.
