Ingredients for salad:

  • Meat – 150 g;
  • Potatoes – 5 PCs;
  • Egg – 2 PCs;
  • The big Apple – 1 PC;
  • Tomatoes – 2 PCs;
  • Pickled cucumbers – 2 PCs;
  • Dill and parsley;
  • Salt (to taste).

Ingredients for sauce:

  • Mustard – 1 tsp;
  • Horseradish – 30 g;
  • Sour cream – ½ Cup;
  • Vinegar – 2 tbsp;


  1. The prolonged cooking required for the meat, so first you should cook it. However, you can get a snack from hell, it is sold in the store. Mix the grated horseradish (1 tablespoon) and a half cups of sour cream. Add to the mix the mustard and vinegar.
  5. All the chopped salad ingredients mix thoroughly and pour over the sauce.
  6. Ready salad put in a dish and decorate. For decorating you will need tomatoes, egg, remaining cucumber and greens. Eggs must be boiled and cut into slices. Wash tomatoes and slice into wedges. Slice chips pickles. Decorated the salad, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
