Main ingredients:

  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 100 g of pasteurized 3.2% of milk;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder for the test;
  • 60 g bread flour;
  • 50 g olive oil;
  • 4 tbsp sugar.

Additional ingredients:

  • condensed milk;
  • chocolate chips.


  1. In a deep bowl or pot beat the eggs, add the specified amount of sugar. Whisk ingredients in a container with a mixer until smooth. Next, add the baking powder (a teaspoon of powder should be no slides). Pour the flour and mix with a mixer. Get semi liquid consistency.
  2. Next step pour in vegetable (olive) oil and then the milk, mix again with mixer.
  3. Liquid pour the batter into a round shape. It should be a special utensil for baking in a microwave oven, plastic, or silicone.
  4. Put the form with the dough in the microwave at a power of 1000 W for 2.5 minutes.
  5. Ready hot cake to gently remove from the mold and spread on a flat plate.
  6. Lubricate the surface of the sponge with a thin layer of condensed milk to condensed milk is better absorbed by the layer, over the entire surface to poke with a fork (do this before greasing).
  7. Next, sprinkle the cake with small chocolate chips. Suitable for both milk and bitter. Grind a piece of tile on a regular fine grater.

The cake can also be done with chocolate flavor, adding a teaspoon of cocoa to the basic recipe. Making and connecting the two layers, you get a full sponge cake. Gap between them can serve as condensed milk or sweet cream.
