Ingredients:
- 150 g butter
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. powdered sugar,
- 6 bananas
- 150 g of cottage cheese,
- 400 g cream
- 30 g of starch,
- 50 g chocolate,
- 1 tbsp. canned pineapple,
- 2 packages lemon jelly,
- 1 teaspoon baking powder,
- vanilla,
- 3 eggs.
Preparation:
- For making crust, mix the flour and baking powder with butter, sliced into pieces.
- Next, add the powdered sugar and stir again. Then add the egg yolks, knead the dough and gather it into a ball.
- Put the dough in shape with a size of 25x25 cm or even more, gently roll out and put to cool in the fridge.
- Then put in oven (180 degrees), bake until Golden brown for 20 minutes and let cool.
- The second key step is preparing the meringue. First, melt the chocolate. Beat the whites and slowly add to the mixture along with the sugar. It should be enough to beat thoroughly, about 7 minutes, then add the starch and whisk again.
- To the resulting mass add the melted chocolate and stir a little.
- On the baking paper need to draw a square or circle (depending on the form, which will be cake) and flip the sheet. Next, spread on a paper whipped meringue and level.
- Put in the oven and dry for approximately half an hour.
- Lemon jelly dilute according to instructions and put in refrigerator until thick.
- Cut bananas lengthwise into halves and put it cut down on the cake, between them lay the pineapple. Already spread thickened jello on top so that the bananas were completely covered and again put in the refrigerator.
- The next step is preparing the filling. To do this, whisk the cream with the icing sugar and vanilla. Add the cheese and again whisk all together.
- Spread the cream on the jelly, it put the meringue and put the cake overnight in the refrigerator.
