Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 7 PCs;
  • Cucumber – 2 PCs;
  • Green peas – 400 g;
  • Carrots – 1 piece;
  • Beef – 600 g;
  • Egg – 3 PCs;
  • Red onion – 1 piece;
  • Dill;
  • Parsley;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the foods. Rinse the beef under cold water. Cook over high heat until tender. Ready meat separate from the bones and cut into small pieces.
  2. Boil the potatoes. Cool, peel and cut into small cubes.
  3. Cook the carrots, remove the skin, chop into pieces. It is recommended to use sweet carrots – it diversifies the combination of flavors adds an interesting note and will bring undoubted benefits.
  4. Eggs boil, peel from the shell and cut into cubes.
  5. Wash and chop cucumbers.
  6. Peel red onion and rinse under running ice water, so it does not "cut eye". Finely cut into cubes. If desired, you can marinate it in wine vinegar for 15 minutes. Then it will be more crispy.
  7. Canned peas will separate from the water. Fresh herbs finely chop.
  8. In a bowl put peas, cucumbers, greens, eggs, carrots, potatoes, onions. Add boiled beef. Thoroughly mix all ingredients, add salt, season with mayonnaise.

Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
