Ingredients:

  • 0.1 kg of rice;
  • 0.5 kg of cabbage;
  • 0.2 kg minced pork;
  • 100 ml of water;
  • ½ Onion;
  • ½ Carrot;
  • 1 Bay leaf;
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
  • 1 tbsp vinegar, 6%;
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce;
  • 1 tbsp ghee;
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil;
  • ½ Tsp of pepper;
  • ¼ Tsp salt.

Preparation:

  1. Wash rice until water clarity, pour clean water (adhering to a ratio of 1:2), boil and cook about 20 minutes until semi-state, using minimal heat.
  2. Half onion cut into deverticalized and fry until Golden, using 1 tbsp of sunflower oil.
  3. Carrots rubbed on a large grater, to add to the Golden onions and fry for 5 minutes, then turn off and remove from heat.
  4. Cabbage finely chop and put in a deep frying pan. There also pour the water and toss in a Bay leaf, pour 1 tbsp of sunflower oil, sprinkle with pepper and stew half an hour over low heat.
  5. Half an hour braised cabbage add fried vegetables, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt and sugar. Stir and saute another 5 minutes on low heat.
  6. After this time the cabbage to lay out a lot of cooked rice. Again all mix and again put out 5-7 minutes.
  7. In another pan melt a knob of butter. In melted butter to spread ground pork, mash it with a fork or squash, season with salt and fry until ready.
  8. Fried meat mass to pour into the frying pan to the cabbage, mix everything and a good warm up. Then sprinkle portioned plates and serve.
  9. Cabbage, stewed in Belarusian, can serve as a side dish, or main dish. So it is recommended to serve with sour cream and fresh vegetables.
