Spicy soup "under the hood"

To prepare the soup spicy "under the hood" will need the following set of components:

  • the yolk of chicken (one piece);
  • olive oil (two tablespoons);
  • puff pastry (four plates);
  • onion bulb cut into rings (one piece);
  • parsley and cilantro fresh (three tablespoons);
  • fresh lemon juice, ground pepper and edible salt is fine;
  • garlic peeled and crushed (one unit);
  • chicken fillets, cut into long strips (250 g);
  • ginger root freshly grated (one tablespoon);
  • chicken broth cubes (half a litre);
  • the saffron (half a teaspoon);
  • pepper red Chile, sliced (one piece);
  • sesame seeds, curry, coriander, dry cumin (one teaspoon).

Olive oil to fry first chopped onion, then also add the chili pepper, sliced, grated ginger and garlic. In a mortar grind the coriander seeds, cumin, combine this mixture with the curry and add the fried onions, leave to warm up for three minutes.

Now you need to pour a strong chicken broth, then leave to cook the soup for another five minutes, but the fire should be reduced. After five minutes, add the saffron in the required amount, chicken fillets, cook a spicy soup the same amount of time.

Seasoning spicy soup with pepper and table salt, pour the required amount of lemon juice in the prepared dish pour in a plate of refractory material.

Ready soup to cool, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and cilantro, you can then start making covers for savory soup. Layers of puff pastry and roll out separately to a diameter that is slightly greater than the diameter of the plate. The edges of the plates need a little to moisten, cover the rolled out layers of each plate separately. Moreover, the layers of dough should be well secured on the edges of the dish rim. Mix separately egg yolk, adding cool boiled or filtered water (two tablespoons) of this mixture to grease prepared "caps", sprinkle them with sesame seed.

Prepared dish in a bowl, covered with a "cap", put in the oven preheated to very high temperatures for about twenty minutes. To wait for the "cap" slightly browned, serve immediately spicy soup.
