Fluffy pancakes on the yeast: the recipe
You will need:
- 500 grams of wheat flour;
- two eggs;
two cups of warm milk (if not, then you can use water);
- ½ Tablespoon of dry yeast;
- two tablespoons of sugar;
- ½ Teaspoon of salt;
- 50 ml vegetable oil;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Take a deep enameled saucepan, pour into it the milk (drink it warm, in this case, the dough will rise faster, the maximum temperature of milk to 40 degrees), add all the yeast and stir. Gradually add in flour mixture and carefully stir so that the dough was without lumps.
