Pollack baked under a cheese crust

To prepare this dish you will need:

- 1 kg Pollock fillet;

- 2 large bulbs;

- 200 g of hard cheese;

- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard;

- 200 g of sour cream;

- 0,5 tsp sunflower oil;

- salt to taste;

ground pepper to taste.

Cut the fish into portions pieces, salt and pepper them. Onions cut thin half-rings. Connect the sour cream with mustard and stir well.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and place on her bow, and then Pollock fillets. Pour over the fish mustard-cream sauce and put in heated to 200oC oven for 20 minutes. Then remove the form and sprinkle the fish with grated cheese, put bake for another 10 minutes. Baked Pollack goes well with young boiled potatoes and salad of fresh vegetables.

Braised fish with sour cream

For the preparation of fish stew you will need the following products:

1 small carrot;

- 500 g Pollock;

- 2 medium onions;

- 0,5 dry herb of thyme;

- salt to taste;

- 2 tbsp sour cream;

- vegetable oil for frying;

- 2 tbsp of flour.

Grate carrots, onions cut into half rings. Divide the fish into pieces, roll them in flour and fry until brown in hot oil. Place the fish on a plate, and in the remaining oil fry the vegetables.

From chilled fish, remove bones and place it in the pan with the vegetables, sprinkle with seasoning and hold on low heat for 5-7 minutes. Then pour in the cream, bring contents of pan to a boil and cook fish for another 5 minutes. Serve with crumbly boiled rice or potatoes, garnished with sprigs of greenery.

Pollock with onions in the oven

Pollack goes well with the onion to cook it this way, take the following ingredients:

- 4 large bulbs;

- 1 kg fish fillets;

- 3 tbsp flour;

- 3 tbsp fat sour cream;

- a bunch of dill;

- vegetable oil;

- salt to taste;

- ground pepper to taste.

Fillet cut into large pieces, pepper and salt, roll in flour, then fry in hot oil until Golden brown. Remove the fish from the pan, and remaining oil lightly brown the onions cut into thin rings.

In a baking dish put the fillets of Alaska Pollock, the top lay the fried onions. Using a pastry syringe on top of the onions, apply a thick cream in the form of a grid. Put the fish bake in a preheated 180oC oven for 10 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with finely chopped dill.
