Wash and peel the carrots. Grate it on a fine grater. Put the pan on a slow fire, pour vegetable oil. Fry gently on it, asafetida and black pepper. Then add the carrots and saute until Golden brown.
Put the meat in a colander and wring all the water out with a spoon, and then add it to the roasted carrot. Increase heat. It is important to evaporate all the water from the mince and carefully roast it to a crisp, then he will become very appetizing and pleasant to the taste.
Soy sauce in this recipe can be replaced with salt. If you eat onions and garlic, add them to the marinade. Can use spices "meat", but read the composition of these spices, they often add starch and flavor enhancers. Useful to use freshly ground spices or spices without additives.
