What meat to choose for cooking meatballs for baby

Remove the cooked meat from the broth and twice pass through a meat grinder or blender. In minced meat add the eggs and form meatballs. Cooked meatballs can be sent in a vegetable broth or to leave as an independent second course. Steamed meatballs will taste better if you sprinkle them with grated cheese, pour milk sauce and send for 20 minutes in the oven.
