Pasta with chicken fillet and mushrooms in cream sauce



This dish has a rather high calorie content, but it's filling, sweet and delicious. For its preparation you will need:
- 250 g of spaghetti;
- 300 g chicken fillet;
- 200 g mushrooms;
- 50 g of cheese;
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
- 1 teaspoon of flour;
- olive oil for frying;
- salt and black pepper;
- Basil for decoration.

Chicken fillet wash, dry and cut into small pieces. Sauté in olive oil until tender. Mushrooms cut lengthwise thin strips, then place on another pan in a row – then they get better. Alternately, sauté all the mushrooms until tender. Meanwhile, in parallel, preparing the meat with salt, sprinkle with flour and mix well. Add the sour cream and a little water. Again stir and simmer under a lid until thick.

A few minutes before the end of the pepper, add the fried mushrooms and pre-cooked in salted water spaghetti. All mix gently, remove from heat and place on plates. Sprinkle with finely grated cheese and garnish with chopped leaves of fresh Basil. Serve with a dry white wine.

Chicken, baked with mushrooms in cream sauce



Spaghetti can also be used as a hearty side dish to baked chicken. To prepare this dish you need:
- 1 chicken;
- 300 g of fresh mushrooms;
- 200 g of sour cream;
- 150 g of cheese;
- 100 ml cream;
- 20 g of butter;
2 tbsp vegetable oil;
salt and thyme to taste.

Thoroughly wash the chicken, dry with paper towels and cut into 4 pieces. Every good salt and place in a fireproof dish, previously greased with butter. It is advisable to form for cooking had sides and were not too large, since the meat will bake in a creamy sauce.

Mushrooms wash, cut if necessary, large plates. Fry in a pan with hot oil until soft. Then add the sour cream and cream. Add salt, stir and simmer for about 2 minutes.

Pour prepared sauce chicken, sprinkle with dried thyme and put the dish in a preheated 200oC oven for 30 minutes. After the allotted time remove and sprinkle grated on a coarse grater cheese. Bake approximately 10 minutes until Golden brown. The finished chicken with mushrooms serve with boiled spaghetti.
