Potato casserole with vegetables



This dish, resembling a cake has a very delicate flavor. It will appeal to those who like a variety of vegetables and mushrooms.

You will need:

- 1 kg of potatoes;
- 500 g of zucchini;
- 500 g leeks;
- 1 large sweet pepper;
- 250 g of mushrooms;
- 3 tablespoons of milk;
- 60 g of butter;
2 teaspoons ground paprika;
-30 grams of wheat flour;
- 300 ml of vegetable broth;
- 125 g cheddar cheese;
Sol.

Boil potatoes in salted boiling water until tender. Drain the water. Add 30 g of butter, warmed milk and half portion of grated cheese. Mash potatoes into a puree.


Sweet pepper clear from the seeds. Cut leeks in large pieces, and zucchini - thick slices. Heat the remaining oil in a deep frying pan, put the leek and pepper stir-fry. Add zucchini and mushrooms, pour ground paprika, add salt and continue to cook vegetable mixture for another 5 minutes. Stir in flour, gradually pour in the broth, stir and bring the mixture to a boil. Cover skillet and simmer all for another 5 minutes.

Heat-resistant form grease with oil and place it in the vegetable mixture with mushrooms. Spread on top of mashed potatoes. Casserole sprinkle the remaining grated cheese and place in oven preheated to 200oC. Cook the dish for 20-25 minutes or until crispy Golden brown. Serve the casserole hot accompanied by tomato sauce.

Festive pie



You will need:

- 1 kg of potatoes;
- 500 g minced meat (mixture of beef and pork);
- 1 big onion;
- 1 large carrot;
- 100 g of cheese;
- 0.25 Cup of milk;
2 tbsp of butter;
- vegetable oil for frying;
Sol;
- freshly ground black pepper.

Chop onion, carrot grate. Sauté vegetables in hot oil and then place them in a bowl. Add a little more oil and fry the minced meat, stirring and breaking up lumps. Salt and pepper beef, mix it with onions and carrots.

Potatoes, peel and boil in salted water. Mash the potatoes with warm milk and butter until smooth. Place warm mashed potatoes in a cone rolled from oiled paper. Refractory form of grease using the baggie, squeeze the puree at the edge of a curb. The center of the form, fill in with minced meat, sprinkle with grated cheese.
