Dumpling translated from the Permian represents the "ear of dough". Long dumplings eaten with a spoon. And now many are faithful to this tradition, even when you use them without the broth, and butter, sour cream, mayonnaise or other sauce. But the rules of etiquette, in this case, the dumplings should be eaten with a fork: chop for the "earlobe" and all to send in your mouth. If the dumplings are large in size, then each plug is divided into several parts.
Dumplings are a versatile dish that goes well with virtually any sauce or additions. They are served with broth, sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, adzhika, ketchup and butter, sprinkled with chopped herbs or sauteed onions, but if you put a little effort, you can cook and serve the dumplings the original sauce.
Sour cream sauce with tomato paste

Melt the butter and, stirring, fry it in flour. Gradually stir in the broth, continuously stirring to avoid lumps, bring to a boil. Then put the sour cream and add tomato paste. Add salt to taste. Classic vinegar sauce

Dill and parsley wash, dry and finely chop. Dilute the vinegar in table salt, then add oil, pepper and about a handful of chopped greens. Mix everything well and serve with boiled dumplings.
Dumplings baked with cheese and mushrooms

Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth and cut into slices. Peeled onions finely chop and fry together with mushrooms in vegetable oil until zolotisty. Then add the sour cream and chopped greens. Add salt to taste and season with pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then cool, add the grated cheese and mix thoroughly.
Boil the ravioli in salted water until tender. Drain the water and put the dumplings in a greased ovenproof baking dish. Pour dumplings cooked in mushroom sauce and put in oven for 10-15 minutes bake at 180 ° C.
