You will need
  • - garlic — 4 cloves;
  • - processed cheese — 250 g;
  • - chicken fillet — 800 g;
  • spaghetti — 300 g;
  • - milk — 350 ml.
In a large pot boil water, put the spaghetti and make them slightly undercooked, firm — al dente.
Dice chicken, fry on a hot pan. At the same time heat the milk. For the microwave will be enough minutes.
When fillet turns white, pour in a pan the milk and bring the liquid to a boil. Add in the boiling milk, cheese, pepper, salt and crushed garlic. Sauce cook until thick, over medium heat 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to settle a bit.
Spaghetti add sauce and can serve, sprinkled with black pepper with freshly grated cheese. The dish can be eaten with cold milk and fresh vegetables, herbs.
