These cocktails cannot replace conventional meals, as drinks are added the special ingredients that are perfectly assimilated in the body. Cocktails fuel the muscle building material, and also eliminates hunger. They do not turn to fat and enrich the body with amino acids.
Smoothie recipes for building muscles

You will need: 330 grams of skim milk, 1 large banana, 1 Cup low-fat ice cream, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons peanut butter and 3 tablespoons of whey protein powder.
Mix ice cream and milk with a mixer. On slow speed add the banana, peanut butter, protein and honey. The cocktail is a balanced mix of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, it helps to accelerate the growth of muscle mass.
You will need: 100 ml of water, 300 grams of low fat cottage cheese, 1 package vanilla, 2 tablespoons of kefir (yoghurt), 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
Cook on the stove a drink of water, cocoa and sugar. After he sauce to boil for 1 minute, remove from the heat. The mixture will resemble hot chocolate. Add in a drink the rest of the ingredients and mix in a blender. You can eat after cooling.
