You will need
  • - milk 240 ml.
  • - egg 4 PCs.,
  • - vanilla sugar: 1 tsp,
  • - flour 120 g,
  • a sugar 30 g,
  • - butter 50 g
  • - raisins 30 g
  • - powdered sugar (to feed).
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a pan put the butter and melt in the oven.
Proteins separated from the yolks and in a bowl mix the yolks with the salt, flour and vanilla sugar. Gently pour in the milk mixture and stir.
The remaining proteins whisk with sugar and add to the dough. All mix well.
Get the pan out of the oven, pour in the batter. Then sprinkle with raisins and put bake for 30 minutes.
After this time take out the omelette from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit.
