A light salad of roast mushrooms

Wash 400 grams of mushrooms. Slice the mushrooms and fry in sunflower oil until evaporation of the liquid. Salt and pepper the mushrooms to taste. Wash and dry a bunch of fresh green salad. Cut the lettuce or rip it by hand. Mix the salad with the cooled mushrooms, add sliced red onions, and herbs to taste (parsley or dill). Dress the salad with a mixture of balsamic vinegar and vegetable oil.

Salad with mushrooms, tomatoes and potatoes

Wash and slice 300 grams of mushrooms, sauté them until tender. Boil unpeeled 3 medium potatoes. When the potato has cooled, peel it and chop into small cubes. Slice 3 medium size fresh tomatoes. Mix the mushrooms, potatoes and tomatoes, add salt and vegetable oil. Ready salad sprinkle with rings of onion and fresh dill.

Salad with fried mushrooms and crab sticks

Wash one pound of mushrooms, cut them into small pieces, add diced onion the onion and sauté until Golden brown. Salt and pepper the mushrooms, place in a separate bowl to cool.

Cut into cubes 250 grams of crab sticks and fry them in same oil in which the roasted mushrooms with onions. Fry the crab sticks should be as long as the cubes are not wrapped up in a thin spiral.

Finely chop 3 hard-boiled eggs. Connect the mushrooms, crab sticks and eggs, add finely chopped dill. Mix the salad and season to taste with mayonnaise.

Layered salad with roasted mushrooms

Take 300 grams of mushrooms, wash them and cut into small pieces. Sauté mushrooms until tender. To excess drained vegetable oil, put the fried mushrooms in a colander or sieve. Finely chop 1 medium sized bulb onion, grate on a coarse grater 1 medium carrot. Saute onions and carrots in sunflower oil until tender.

Open the canned sardines and drain the oil, mash the fish with a fork. Instead of sardines you can take any other canned fish in oil. Finely chop 2 hard-boiled eggs. Wash and dry a bunch of fresh green salad, chop the lettuce or tear with your hands. Dice 1 cucumber.

In a deep form on the bottom place half of lettuce. The next layer place half of the cooled mushrooms. Brush the mushrooms with mayonnaise and sprinkle with half of the eggs, sliced cucumber and sardines. Coat the fish with mayonnaise and put the carrots in with the onions. The next layer put the second half of the mushrooms, then the remaining egg and green salad. Brush the top layer of mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
