You will need
  • chicken fillet – 1.5 kg
  • green peas – 400 g.
  • onion – 1 PC.
  • carrots – 2 PCs.
  • leeks – 1 PC.
  • garlic – 4 cloves
  • white sparkling wine – 1 liter
  • brandy – 1 shot
  • ham – 300 gr.
  • flour – 200 gr.
  • olive oil – 250 ml.
  • salt
  • black pepper – 50 gr.
  • Bay leaf – 50 g
  • parsley – 300 g.
Chop coarsely beef, carrots, onions, leeks, garlic and place in a deep bowl, put the Bay leaf and black pepper. Pour to the same of brandy and a liter of sparkling white wine. Cover bowl with cling film, put into the refrigerator and marinate for 10-12 hours.
To get out of the dish cuts of beef, roll in flour and fry in a pan with olive oil to give a Golden color. From the frying pan to shift the meat in a deep casserole, pour the leftover marinade, close the lid and cook for 30 minutes.
Spread the beef with the Bay leaf from the pot. To make the sauce, crush in a blender the remaining marinade in a saucepan.
