You will need
- - 250 grams of butter
- - 1.5 cups of sugar
- - 3 eggs
- - 1.5 cups flour
- - 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- - 200 grams of nuts
- - 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- - 1 kg of apples
- - 3 tablespoons raisins (previously soaked in rum)
- - 1 tbs. lemon juice
- - 125 ml Apple juice
- - 1 sachet of powder vanilla pudding
- - 400 ml cream
- - 1 bag of thickener cream
- - 10 grams of vanilla sugar
Softened butter RUB the white with 1 Cup sugar.
One can enter eggs, each time stirring thoroughly.
Small portions add the flour with the baking powder.
Two baking trays covered with baking paper. Divide the dough into two pieces, spread on a baking dish and sprinkle with chopped nuts, which need to pre-mix with cinnamon and 2 tbsp spoons of sugar.
Bake the cakes for 20 min in the oven at 180 degrees.

Arrange the apples in a saucepan, add the raisins, lemon juice, remaining sugar and 1 tablespoon of Apple juice. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add pudding, dilute the remaining juice and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Give mass to cool and spread over one cake.
Cream beat with a mixer with a thickener and vanilla sugar, put on the filling and cover with another cake. Optionally sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
Cooking time is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
