You will need
  • 900 grams of cheese, 4 eggs, 8 tablespoons sugar, 2 cups flour, 2.5 teaspoons baking powder 4 tablespoons vegetable oil 600 grams tangerine, 1 lemon, 100 grams of butter, 250 grams of sour cream.
Mix 150 grams of cottage cheese with vegetable oil, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of sugar, all flour and 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder. Beat with a mixer and knead the dough.
The form put the parchment paper. Roll out the dough, put in the form and do high sides. Put in the fridge.
Take 3 eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Whites beat to a froth and put in the fridge.
Wash the lemon and squeeze the juice. Remove the rind and grate it on a grater.
With a mixer beat softened butter, 6 tablespoons sugar and the egg yolks. Add 750 grams of cottage cheese, sour cream, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon zest and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix well.
Tangerines peel and films. Add half the tangerine slices in the filling and with a spoon stir in beaten egg whites. Mix well.
Remove from the refrigerator shape and lay out the cheese mass on the dough. The remaining tangerine slices put on top of the cake.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake in an hour. Leave to cool and serve.
