You will need
- Wheat flour - 2 cups
- Sugar - 2.5 cups
- Egg - 4 PCs.
- Soda slaked vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Any berry (frozen or fresh) half a Cup.
- Sour cream - 4 tbsp
- Gelatin - 2 tsp
Prepare a work Desk. Divide the products into three groups: one for biscuit dough (eggs, flour, 1.5 cups sugar, soda and vinegar), and secondly – all cottage cheese mixture (cottage cheese, sour cream, 1 Cup sugar) and everything you need for purees (berries and a Cup of sugar). Soak the gelatine in warm water and leave for half an hour.
Prepare biscuit dough for the crust. Whisk the eggs and add about 1,5-a Cup of sugar and 2 cups of flour, add vinegar gashenuyu soda. Stir until smooth. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in it the dough. The form should be a place in cottage cheese and berry puree. Put in pre heated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Put swollen gelatin heated on a slow fire and constantly stir until dissolved.
While baked sponge cake, get cooking the curd mass. Cheese add 1 Cup sugar and sour cream. RUB well. Pour 2/3 of the gelatin. Mix again.
Grind the berries. It is best to RUB them through a fine sieve to puree did not get seeds and peels. Add a Cup of sugar. Add the resulting puree to the remaining gelatin. Mix.
Put cottage cheese over the sponge cake and carefully smooth. Take cottage cheese and berry puree in the fridge for a few minutes that they slightly zagustel.
