You will need
    • For the first recipe:
    • 3 egg yolks;
    • 400 ml cream (35% fat);
    • 50 g of milk;
    • 50 g chocolate;
    • 100 g of sugar;

    • For the second recipe:
    • 500 g vanilla ice cream;
    • 100 g of black chocolate;
