Open the program "Compass", make sure that you have run out of trial of the action, and that no other damage to the system.

Following the directions menu by the installation program, delete the program "Compass" from your PC fully remove custom folders, system settings, etc. After this, open "My computer", go to your local system disk, then to Program Files folder.

Make sure that there is no directory remote you program. Keep in mind that it can be called according to the name of the manufacturer. Remove folder if it exists and restart the computer.

If you have no setup of this program, download it from the official website of the developer. Follow the installation instructions in the installation wizard. For best results, pick the installation directory, not Program Files, and another folder on a local drive, it is best, of course, create a new one for this purpose.
