You will need
    • cauliflower – 1 Kachan;
    • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
    • garlic – 3 cloves;
    • greens (dill
    • parsley
    • Basil – 1 bunch;
    • salt – to taste.
Thoroughly rinse the cabbage, place in a colander and let the water drain out. Divide cauliflower cabbage into equal florets and place into a deep microwave-safe bowl.
