You will need
- Round grain rice
- nori sheets
- rice vinegar
- red pepper
- soy sauce
- cheese Buko or Philadelphia
- toppings to taste (mussels / shrimp / salmon).
Organize your work space. You will need space, capacity for wetting hands with water, flat plate for ready-made sushi, a Board for cooking.
Prepare the foods. Rinse the rice in cold water, cut the products for the filling into small cubes.
Rice cover with water in a ratio of 1:2, add salt and a little sugar and place on high heat. When the water boils, reduce heat to low, cover pot and leave the rice to prepare until completely absorbed them water.
Take the nori (seaweed used for cooking variety of dishes in Japanese cuisine, especially for sushi). Each sheet is cut into thin strips about 3-4 cm (this height is to be measured prepared sushi).
Prepare spicy sauce. To do this, mix the mayonnaise, soy sauce and red pepper. Soy sauce should be a little less mayonnaise, the sauce should not be too liquid. Be careful with red pepper: add it slowly to the sauce, tasting.
Spread the cooked rice out of the pan portions, it should not cool down to the end, otherwise it loses its stickiness. Sprinkle the rice vinegar, mix well. Rice prepared for sushi. Be sure to rinse the hands before you take the pic, otherwise it will just stick to it and form the balls you will not succeed.
Mix the spicy sauce with the stuffing. Add the cheese - this moment makes spicy-sauce sauce for baked sushi.
Proceed to the forming rolls. Of rice make a small size balls, wrap each with a strip of nori, securing it with rice or simply moistened with water. Please note that on top of the rice should remain an empty place, a limited nori is a place for the stuffing.
Put the stuffing in each of the resulting pieces. Put the plate with the rolls in a microwave oven under the grill for 5-7 minutes. Serve sushi must hot.
