You will need
    • milk;
    • dark chocolate with no filling;
    • potato starch;
    • cream;
    • cinnamon sticks;
    • sugar;
    • the vanilla sugar.
To make hot chocolate on a very simple recipe, you only need milk and dark chocolate. Pour into a saucepan two hundred and fifty milliliters of milk and put in it one hundred grams of dark chocolate, broken into pieces.
Put the saucepan on medium heat and heat until the chocolate is melted. Intensively stirring, bring the drink to a boil and remove from heat. All hot chocolate is ready.
To make a thick drink, pour into a saucepan eight ounces of milk. Add in the milk two hundred grams of broken pieces of quality chocolate without filling. Put the saucepan on medium heat and warm the milk until the chocolate is melted.
In a glass of milk stir three tablespoons of potato starch. Pour the milk with the starch in a saucepan and continue heating over low heat, stirring constantly, until the liquid starts to thicken. Pour into chocolate cups and serve hot.
Using spices, you can make a drink with more complex and interesting flavor. To prepare hot chocolate with cinnamon take two cinnamon sticks and mash them in a mortar. Mix in a saucepan seven hundred milliliters of milk and three hundred milliliters of twenty percent cream. Place the mixture over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Once the liquid begins to boil, remove the pan from the heat and add the cinnamon. Cover the milk with a lid. After five minutes strain the milk, add two hundred grams of dark chocolate and stir the drink with a whisk until the chocolate is gone.
Pretty good chocolate with whipped cream. For its preparation you will need four hundred milliliters of milk. Add in the milk, two teaspoons of sugar and a little vanilla sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring, and remove the milk from heat.
Add the hot milk forty grams of dark chocolate and stir the liquid to dissolve the chocolate. Pour the drink into cups and garnish with whipped cream.
