If you want to brew tea in Mongolian, you will need 1-3 tablespoons (or 50 g) of tea, a liter of cold water, half a liter of milk, 50 g fried with butter flour, a spoon of ghee. Grind tea into powder, cover with cold water. After boiling, add milk, butter, flour and nutmeg. Again bring to a boil. Traditionally, to prepare this drink use green brick tea. Note
The milk is combined with lemon and bergamot.
Useful advice
When brewing tea, English tea pour in the milk, but not Vice versa. The British believe that adding milk to tea spoils its taste and aroma!
