You will need
    • rice 400 g
    • minced 400 g
    • onions 1-2 heads
    • carrot 1 PC.
    • vegetable oil for frying
    • salt
    • pepper
    • spices
    • Bay leaf
Cook the rice as usual. Rice can be used by anyone who prefers what.
While cooking the rice, fry in a pan minced meat in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes. Stuffing it is advisable to use pork plus beef.
Add to the minced meat, chopped onion, carrots, grated on a coarse grater, salt and pepper to taste, various spices, Bay leaf, and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Then mix the cooked rice with prepared stuffing.
Spread on a dish and serve. You can sprinkle finely chopped greens. Greens will give our dish a special flavor and aroma!
