Take the saucepan and pour in it water, put on fire.

Then prepare a cutting Board and chop finely onion.

Then to the meat add chopped onion. Mix well.

Next, salt the meat and sprinkle it to taste the spices. Mix everything again and put in the fridge.

Take the potatoes, peel it and cut into large, but short wedges.

Salt water in a pan and add the potatoes.

Take the carrot, peel it and finely shred on a grater.

After that, put the pan on the fire. Pour it in vegetable oil. Put the onion and carrots. Fry the vegetables until Golden brown.

Then put the browned vegetables to the potatoes, which in the meantime became half done.

Remove from the refrigerator chilled meat. Form into small balls.

Carefully lay out the resulting meatballs into the soup.

Stir the meatballs from time to time, until they surface. Finely slice the greens.
