Wash the beets and peel.

Cut into 4 slices.

Miss using beet juiceavaimella.

In the absence of the juiceof awajimachi - RUB the beets using a very fine grater. Then press the beet mass through several layers of cheesecloth. The yield of juiceand will be less than about 2 times.
