You will need
- - 1 kg potatoes (small size);
- - 100 g of sour cream and butter;
- - 70 g green fennel;
- - 1 pinch of salt and black pepper.
Well wash and peel the potatoes (scrape away all the skin with a knife). Again, rinse it, cover with water and bring over high heat to boil. Add salt, cover and on low heat cook until the ready state.
Wash and chop with a knife green dill. Drain the water after the potato is cooked, and place it on a dish. Add chopped greens, butter and sour cream to taste. Stir the potatoes with a spoon or cover and shake several times.
Pepper the potatoes as desired, if necessary add salt and 1-2 cloves minced garlic or sprinkle with chopped onion rings. Again carefully mix the finished dish, cover and leave for 1-2 min. Serve hot potatoes best of all, watering sour cream sauce and adding spices to taste. New potatoes with sour cream and dill really brighten up your summer table.
