You will need
    • Soda drink:
    • 2 lemon;
    • 4 tbsp of honey;
    • 1 liter of water;
    • mint;
    • ice.
    • Yeast drink:
    • 1 lemon;
    • 3 tablespoons of honey;
    • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
    • 50 g of dry yeast;
    • 1 liter of water.
    • Intoxicating beverage:
    • 150 ml lemon juice;
    • 300 ml of water;
    • 1 slice of ginger;
    • 1-2 tablespoons of honey;
    • 50 g of whisky or brandy;
    • lemon for decoration.

Unleavened lemon drink with honey. For its preparation stir in cool boiled water honey. If desired, instead of plain water you can use mineral ("Narzan", "Hot Key", etc.). Wash the lemons, halve and squeeze out the juice in water with honey. Stir and put in the fridge. Before serving in each glass put a thin slice of lemon and a few mint leaves. Slightly crush them them with a spoon. Add ice. Pour drink.

Yeasty lemon drink with honey. Wash the lemon and carefully remove with a thin layer of peel with a sharp knife or grater. In a saucepan pour water, add sugar, stir and add lemon zest. Bring to the boil and boil until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. In the beverage, pour the yeast, cover and leave in a warm place. Wait until the yeast begins to ferment. In the foamy liquid pour in the lemon juice and add the honey. Serve the drink chilled.
