You will need
    • For the dough:
    • 0,5 kg of flour;
    • about 10 grams (1.5 teaspoon) of dry yeast;
    • 1 teaspoon of salt;
    • 2 tablespoons of sugar;
    • 80 g butter, softened;
    • 1 egg;
    • 250 ml warm milk.
    • For sandwiching:
    • 2 tbsp. flour;
    • 200 g of margarine for baking or butter.
Prepare an ordinary yeast dough. To do this, in warm milk dissolve the yeast, then stir in all other ingredients, and at the end add the soft butter. Knead uncool dough. Leave him to go for 40-50 minutes.
Take the flour and butter for sandwiching. Mix products (butter should be soft and warm) and refrigerate until hardened.
Refrigerate the finished dough to 10-15 degrees. Then roll it to a thickness of about 3 cm. One half of the dough lay out thin slices butter-flour mixture, fold the seam twice, zasypnica edges and roll from the middle. You should now have a layer 1 cm thick. Again put half a layer of slices of butter, fold in half and roll out again. Repeat the operation several times. The more layers in your dough, the tastier and more elaborate work baking.
