You will need
    • cherry syrup
    • lemon juice
    • sparkling water
    • milk
    • ice cream
    • sour cream
    • black tea
    • tomato juice
    • salt
    • parsley
    • strawberry
Cherry cocktail.
Pour in the bowl of a mixer with ½ Cup of cherry syrup, squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Add 1 Cup of sparkling water. Shake the cocktail. Put into glasses of ice cubes, and strain into cocktail glasses.
Milk-cherry cocktail.
Mix ½ liter of milk and 100 g of ice cream, add ½ Cup of cherry syrup, whisk again. In glasses, put fresh cherries, pitted, ice, pour the cocktail and place on top of the ball of ice cream.
A cocktail with egg yolks.
Apricot or prune juice with pulp (200 g) pour into the bowl of the mixer. Add 4 egg yolks, 200 g of creamy ice-cream. Whisk. Make in a blender with ice chips and place it on the bottom of the glasses. Pour the cocktail.
Lemon sour cocktail.
Brew in a Cup of strong black tea, strain that was not tea leaves. Add 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir and let cool. Pour into a bowl, add 1 Cup good thick sour cream, juice from a whole lemon. Whisk and pour into prepared glasses.
Tomato cocktail.
Mix 2 tbsp. thick tomato juice with 2 tbsp. of milk. Add 4 fresh egg yolks, a pinch of salt. Shake the cocktail in a blender, pour into glasses. Chop the parsley and sprinkle the cocktail on top.
Strawberry cocktail.
In a deep bowl, put the fresh strawberries (300 g), a handful of fresh berries of black currant. Crush the berries with a blender. Add 200 g of ice cream and 200 g of milk. Shake the cocktail. Glasses adorn incised to the middle of a fresh strawberry.
