You will need
    • flour
    • egg
    • water
    • salt
    • spinach
    • cheese
The usual noodles.
Sift 1 Cup of flour in a deep bowl. Pour 4 tablespoons of water, a little salt and beaten egg. Stir dough. Cover it with a cloth and allow to stand for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough on a wooden Board in a very thin layer. The Board and dough lightly sprinkle with flour. Cut the rolled out dough thin or wide strips. Give the noodles a little dry, and then boil it in boiling salted water. Drain through a sieve, and noodles put in boiling soup.
Toasted noodles.
Put in blender 2 cups flour, 1 egg, a pinch of salt, stir and mix.
On a wooden cutting Board spread 1 Cup of flour, put in it the dough from the blender and knead the dough with your hands. Thinly roll out the dough on the Board. Cut into several rectangles.Heat a dry frying pan. On it lay one rectangle of dough and dry it on both sides. If you want noodles more cooked, the dough can be browned, but if not, leave the layers of white.Fold the dried layers on top of each other and cut into noodles. Lay the noodles in the plate and pour soup or broth.
Green noodles.
Put in a saucepan with a little water and bring to a boil. Put the washed spinach leaves (75 g). Boil. Chop the spinach into the blender in green smoothie. 2/3 Cup flour pour slide on a wooden Board, break in the middle 1 egg, grate cheese (75g) and pour in the spinach puree. Knead a tight dough. If necessary, add more flour. Roll out the dough on a floured Board. The thickness of layer 2 mm. Give the layer a little to dry in air. Cut the dough into large pieces, put them on top of each other and cut into narrow noodles.
