For starters, disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Then remove the cover from the junction block (fuse block).

Find the burnt fuse It needs to be melted or just damaged the conductor.

Remove the fuse from the contact-holders.

Install the new fuse on contact-holders. Please make sure that it is secured tightly.
Note
Installing a fuse with the amperage, different from the stipulated in this circuit, it is forbidden to avoid fire posting.
