How to send a shipment to Kazakhstan

In accordance with the concluded agreements on the Customs Union, dispatch of goods from Russia to Kazakhstan is carried out under the simplified scheme. However, regardless of which method of transportation you choose, you will have to properly execute all documents for the cargo.

Conclude international contract with a business partner of Kazakhstan. In нем4 should include all the terms of the transaction, including names of goods, their cost, volumes and terms of deliveries. Without this document the transportation of cargo across the border is prohibited.

If you decide to transport goods railway and air transport, please fill out an application and submit it to the staff of the shipping company, so they included it in the transportation plan. Specify the type of cargo (in accordance with the nomenclature of goods), conditions of its transportation and storage, the destination, the estimated shipping date. If your application has been approved, you will be able to contract with the carrier.

If you plan to send your cargo by road, you must first sign a contract with the carrier company and only then apply for delivery. In addition, you'll need to make a warrant for the driver of the vehicle.

Fill in a statistical form that is required to control the movement of goods within the borders of the Customs Union. Download the form on the page https://edata.customs.ru/stat or get it in the customs office. To obtain this document must be submitted no later than 15 days prior to shipment.

Prepare waybill 3 copies. Enter the name of your organization and the name of the carrier, type of cargo, its cost, date of departure (flight number), type of packaging, number of seats. If you are shipping vehicles, specify and name the driver.

In invoice should be information about the consignee and the shipping conditions. Attach to the invoice a list of documents for the cargo, which you will have to give the carrier (including certified copies of passports and certificates for the goods). Prepare invoice, contacting tax authorities and pay VAT on the value of the goods.

Notify the recipient about the date of arrival of the goods and terms of shipment. Tell the supplier all the documents. If you are going to accompany the consignment, define about it with the staff of the transport company during the time of the contract for delivery.
