Select the type of treatment whether you write as an individual or a legal entity. To do this, click on one of the two links on the page.

Fill in all the fields concerning your person. Leave information about the name, surname and patronymic name, your home address, contact phone and e-mail. Keep in mind that the appeal may not be taken into consideration, if you have provided inaccurate or incomplete information.

Specify the essence of your questionand in a separate field. You can write up to 3,000 characters.

Ask a question to the mayor of Moscow in the designated field. The text should not exceed 4,000 characters, about two printed pages in Word format. Under this place for treatment you will see a separate window in which you must list the authorities which you have already addressed the issueof the om.

Attach the files if you reference them in your questione mayor. Allowed to attach files in jpg, bmp, png, tif, gif, pcx, txt, doc, rtf, xls, pps, ppt, pdf. Their size should not exceed 5 MB. Click "Send".
