The Internet Bank.

Log on to your Bank's website.

Click on the words "Internet-Bank", enter the card number and expiration date (sometimes you need a client number and password). Then enter your PIN. Once you are logged in to the system "Internet-Bank, view your available balance on the account. Displayed on the page at which you entered (the main page).
Terminal or ATM.

Insert the card into the ATM. Log in (enter password) and request the current balance.
Call the Bank's customer support.

This is usually a toll-free number. The consultant will ask the last four digits of the card number or account number, sometimes you need to call the PIN. But not the one you enter when withdrawing money and the other. Issued in the Bank branch and is used for transactions with a Bank account in the system "Phone-Bank" (sometimes called "Mobile Bank").
In some banks, there is a service, determining the available balance via SMS.

To do this, take the phone number to which you want to send a message. Type your message, send it to this number, in response to a message from the Bank indicating the account status. All the numbers and PIN-codes, you need to know directly in the Bank where you opened your account.
