Ingredients:
- 300 g chicken fillet
- 1 pear
- 1 Apple
- Bulgarian pepper – 2 PCs.
- Onion – 1 PC.
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Wine vinegar – 1 tsp.
- Olive oil – 3 tsp
- Sugar – 0.5 tsp.
- Dill
- Parsley
- Olives – 150 g
- Salt
- Spices
Preparation:
- Thoroughly wash chicken. Type in a pot of water and bring to a boil. In boiling water omit the chicken. Fillet boil in salted water until tender for 20-25 minutes. Cool the cooked meat.
- Scald with boiling water apples sour varieties. Remove the skin. Peeled Apple finely cut into cubes. Similarly, slice a pear, pre-clearing of the skin.
- Clean seeds from peppers of different colors, then cut it into thin strips.
- White onions cut into half rings. Marinate it in a mixture of olive oil, sugar, salt and vinegar for 15 minutes.

- Season the salad with mayonnaise, mix thoroughly. Prepare the salad to serve. Decorate it on top of the greens – dill, cilantro or parsley.
