You will need:
- 500 grams of meat on the bone (you can take and chicken, and pork, and beef);
three or four potatoes;
- one onion;
- one carrot;
- salt and spices;
- two liters of water;
- 2-3 leaves of Laurel.
For dumpling:
- one egg;
- Cup of flour;
- 50 ml of kefir average fat content;
- a pinch of salt and baking soda.
First prepare the broth. To do this in the bowl multivarki pour two liters of water, put the meat in water, add salt and set on the kitchen device mode "quenching" for two hours. After some time, turn off slow cooker, let the broth cool at room temperature, then strain it through cheesecloth (this will protect you from falling into a broth of the bones).
Next, prepare all the vegetables for the soup (potatoes, onions, carrots), peel them, rinse well and chop.
Broth pour into the bowl multivarki, put the chopped vegetables and set the instrument to the mode "stewing, soup for one hour.
While the soup is cooked, prepare the gnocchi (dumplings). To do this in a bowl, mix the egg, flour and yogurt, add salt to this mixture and add soda. Again all mix well. From the resulting dough roll into a small sausage, with a maximum thickness of inch and cut it into small pieces.
Lower received the gnocchi in the boiling soup for about 10-15 minutes until it is ready, stir and taste the soup to taste. If necessary, dosolit it, add desired spices, chopped herbs, Laurel leaves. Ready soup, preferably eaten immediately after cooking, otherwise the dumplings will swell up and will look not very appetizing.
