How to change the input language on screen keyboard
In Windows operating systems, users with disabilities, and when absent the computer keyboard, the use of alternative software is "on-Screen keyboard". Entering characters and pressing the onscreen keyboard is carried out using a computer mouse or other pointing device. The on-screen keyboard contains all the keys available on a standard computer keyboard and allows us to press keyboard shortcuts.
Instruction
For the transition between specified system input languages, press Alt on the keyboard left click the mouse (or other pointing device) once, and then the "Shift" button with the left mouse button twice. You can also press first the Shift key, and then double-Alt.
To select input language by clicking on the button "EN" (or "EN"), located on the right side of the taskbar with the left mouse button once and selecting from the list that appears the appropriate language.
If the language bar is not displayed on the taskbar, click the right mouse button once. In the list that appears hover your mouse cursor on the line "Panel" and tick the box next to "Language bar".
If you have connected a computer keyboard to change the language layout you can also by pressing the key combination "Alt + Shift" (sometimes "Ctrl + Shift").

If the input language on-screen keyboard doesn't change, the text cursor is in the input field, or running the app for text entry. To correct this error, place the mouse cursor on the field to enter text in any window or program and click on it once with the left mouse button in the entry field to display the text cursor.
In case the included functions of speech recognition the user can set a voice command jumps between the system input languages.
In Windows XP (and newer) the user can change the keyboard shortcuts for switching between input languages or enable one of them. To do this, click "start" and in the list on the right select "control Panel". In the opened window, locate and click the "regional and Language options". In the appeared dialog box, activate the tab "keyboards and Languages", and in it click "Change keyboards...". A window will open "Languages and services of text input", which open the tab "keyboard". In the field "shortcut keys for input languages" select the row "Switch input language". At the bottom of the dialog box, click the "Change key sequence..." and select an option from the list. Click "Ok" and close all Windows settings, keyboard settings and language input. New keyboard shortcut for switching typing input languages will take effect without restarting the operating system.
App, on-Screen keyboard might not work in some non-standardized programs.
