- - 1 tsp of grated garlic and ginger root;
- - 1/2 tsp sugar;
- - pinch of red pepper.

Rolls of chicken fillet with mushrooms
Wash the meat and dry it with a towel. Cut the fish lengthwise with a sharp knife and gently repel the pieces with a kitchen hammer. RUB them with salt and pepper. Chop the mushrooms, clean and thinly slice onion. Fry the onion in vegetable oil for a couple minutes, add mushrooms and cook everything for 5-10 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.

Cut the onions into half rings, tomatoes – on mugs, pepper into strips. Cover the meat with layers of the vegetables in the order listed. Carefully stir 2/3 of the grated cheese with sour cream and a pinch of salt. Gently spread the resulting mass coat, and sprinkle the remaining cheese shavings. Send the dish in a hot (200oC) oven for 20 minutes.

Connect it in a deep casserole with cereal, Chinese lettuce, julienne of bell peppers, carrots and red onion, tubes of green onions 3-4 cm long and chopped cilantro.

Mix grated ginger and garlic with soy sauce, lemon juice and sesame oil, season the sauce with sugar and red pepper. Pour evenly over chicken and vegetables and gently toss the salad with two spoons or forks.
