Cake "Minute"
To make this a nice dessert for tea you will need:
- milk – 3 tbsp. spoons;
- rum – 1 teaspoon;
- baking powder – 1 tsp;
- sugar – 3 tbsp. spoons;
- eggs – 3 pieces;
- cocoa – 1 tbsp. spoon;
- wheat flour – 4-5 tbsp with a slide;
- butter – 3 tbsp. spoons;
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.;
- nuts - hazelnuts – 1 Cup;
- sugar cream – 150 grams;
- sour cream – 150 ml;
- canned pineapple – 100 grams;
- butter (for the glaze) – 1 tbsp. spoon;
- black chocolate – 1 tile.
First, you need to pour in a bowl the sugar and add the vanilla sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder and stir the mixture. You then drive into the resulting mixture of raw egg and all carefully grind. Add to the mixture a teaspoon of rum or a few drops of rum essence, pour the slightly warmed milk, pour the flour and add the melted butter, stir the mixture. You should have dough with the consistency of thick cream.
Next, you will need a special silicone mold for baking cake in a microwave oven. The form should be lubricated with vegetable (corn) oil and then fill it with the batter. In any case, do not fill out the form to the brim, as the cake will rise quite strongly in the process.
The form with the dough put in the microwave, bake it only 5 minutes. Then divide the cake into two layers. The bottom layer, place on a platter for the cake. The second layer is cut into cubes and mix with sour cream.
For the cream mix in a blender the sugar and sour cream (150 grams). Then chop the nuts - hazelnuts, grate dark chocolate on a grater and both ingredients add the sour cream mass, mix the cream and combine it with the diced sponge cake.
Open a jar of canned pineapple, drain the juice. Then slice the pineapple into thin slices and place them the cake which is in your dish. On top spread sour cream and hazelnut cream. Spread a layer of cream.
The remaining mangled pieces of chocolate and melt it in a water bath, add one tablespoon of butter. All mix well until smooth and pour this glaze the entire surface of the cake.
There are recipes for simple cakes that are quite easy to prepare but require some time for the impregnation or curing. An example is the ready waffle cakes or sponge cakes. They do not require baking but need high-quality and delicious cream.
Cream to ready-made cakes
To prepare the cream to a simple cake, you need to take:
- condensed milk – 1 Bank;
- butter – 200 grams;
- walnuts (crushed) – 1 Cup.
Butter you will need to pre-soften at room temperature, and crushed walnuts should be lightly fry in a pan without oil. Then, using whisk mixer cream softened butter, condensed milk and nuts. The resulting mass carefully over the layers and top of cake, leave dessert for a few hours to soak in a cool place.
You can also cook neicey cake with bananas biscuits "Cracker".
Cake "Banana Paradise"
You will need the following products:
- biscuits "Cracker" - 400 grams;
- bananas – 3-4 fruit;
- sour cream – 500 grams;
- sugar – 1 glass;
- white chocolate – 1 tile.
In a blender place sour cream and sugar, bananas, rinse and remove the peel, then cut into slices and add to the mixer. Mix all the ingredients until smooth. Now you will need a detachable form for cakes. Place the mold on a dish, put inside the forms cookie "Cracker", on top spread sour cream and banana mass. Grate the white chocolate and sprinkle shavings on top of cake. Banana cake be sure to put a few hours in the fridge. Before serving, remove the detachable form from a dessert.
