Herring, baked in the sleeve



Fresh herring can be baked in the oven, and to not spread a specific smell of this fish, you should use the sleeve for baking. To cook a dish, you will need:
- 3 herring;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 onion;
- 50 g raisins;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- sour cream;
- 0,5 of lemon;
- salt to taste;
- pepper to taste.
