How to install chipset driver

Installing drivers is a very responsible and important process. Especially this concerns such elements of the computer as the CPU and motherboard, because the lack of drivers could affect many elements of the PC.

1. If you just installed the operating system, try to update the chipset drivers through device Manager. Open this menu and find hardware dedicated an exclamation mark. Click on its name with the right mouse button. Select "Update driver software".
2. Insert the CD from your motherboard to the drive. Select "install from a list or specific location" and select the DVD drive. If the disk does not appear, select "Automatic search and install drivers". For the successful operation of this feature requires Internet access.
3. Now try to find in the Internet the drivers for your specific device. Go to the official resource of the manufacturer of your motherboard. Find the section "Download" (Download) and download the appropriate version of the drivers. It is better not to use the latest (Beta) version of the driver packages.
4. Try installing the drivers through the device Manager, putting the folder in which are preserved the downloaded drivers. Note that an independent search and install drivers is a very complicated and dangerous process. Find the program Sam Driver and download it.
5. After you install this application run the file DIA-drv.exe. Wait some time while it scans the devices installed in the computer, and pick them need drivers.

7. Restart the computer and open device Manager. Make sure that the drivers for the chipset installed and accepted by the system. Otherwise, download a newer version of the program and then try to update the drivers.
